Residential Services

Residential Services supports 48 men and women with a variety of living arrangements. Some live on their own or with a roommate in their own apartments, others share a duplex with two or three other individuals, and others live with a family through our Family Home program. The agency has seven residences in the Port Colborne district and also rents apartment units in the city.

Twenty-four hour support is provided to the individuals who reside within our Residential Home Services. Depending upon their needs, all levels of personal care are provided, along with meal planning, financial support, goal development, employment support, etc.

Agency staff recently went on a journey of discovering what the individuals we support value and want to strive for in their lives. We call this outcomes and work to support people with achieving their outcomes. Any request an individual may make or speak of is our duty and responsibility to support them with accomplishing.
